1. Planning & Coordination
- Develop plans and schedules for lifting equipment (PTTB) and manpower to support operation and lifting activities.
- Monitor equipment operation status, resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to meet customer requirements.
- Compile and submit periodic reports on PTTB performance as a basis for maintenance and repair planning.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for fuel, lubricants, and spare parts consumption.
2. Site Coordination & Supervision
- Coordinate with plant workshops, internal departments, and clients to receive and execute requests for lifting equipment.
- Supervise lifting and transportation operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and oversee lifting activities at construction sites.
- Supervise the operation, assembly, and dismantling of 1250T cranes; organize regular maintenance and repair work.
3. Technical Management & Training
- Manage and study manufacturers’ technical documents to develop operation, maintenance, and dismantling manuals for lifting equipment.
- Organize and conduct internal training for operators and technicians on operation, maintenance, and dismantling procedures.
