ROLE OVERVIEW: 

Production Manager is the person who manages and operates the entire production process, personnel in the Workshop to meet the productivity, quality and schedule set by the Board of Directors as well as on behalf of the company to urge and remind Remind workers in the Workshop to comply with the company; rules to work with other departments and departments to help the company develop more and more sustainably.

MAIN TASKS:

• Build & Manage Opex/ Capex annual of Dept Plan
• Attend meetings to understand production-related information
• Support the Technical/Sample department to solve problems arising in the production process so as not to affect the progress and product quality
• Assign work to each department to ensure the right work, enough capacity to achieve efficiency and save costs for the company.
• Manage and use machinery and equipment to achieve the highest efficiency.
• Approving relevant documents during production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality and cost savings
• Attend meetings to understand production-related information
• Maintain hygiene for 6s at work
• Make reports related to production efficiency (cutting, sewing, CMP, finishing,...) in periodic meetings as required by BODs
• Responsible for analysis quality reports and preparing improvement plans.

REQUIREMNENTS:

• At least 4 years of experience working in the garment/manufacturing industry in the same position
• Experience - Extensive knowledge of operation/ability to see and mitigate risk/lead initiatives when necessary
• Have knowledge about QC inspector
• Have knowledge about Lean factory
• Understand the work of the parts such as: technical - stamping, cutting, sewing, finishing
• Fluent English
• Communication - Conflict resolution/clarity/negotiation
• Organization - Time management/delegation/distribution of resources
• Problem solving - Creative/decision making/innovation
• People management - Coaching/mentoring/leadership/Relationship building/employee motivation
