We're looking for a Content Writer who shares our passion for growth, excellence, and innovation. If you're someone who strives to be better than you were yesterday and is ready to go the extra mile to find success, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and Execute Strategy: Collaborate with our Marketing Advisor to research, define, and implement a long-term content marketing strategy that aligns with our brand goals.
• Innovate and Experiment: Run content experiments, working closely with design and development teams to test and optimize our content efforts.
• Master SEO: Lead keyword research campaigns and manage SEO optimization tasks to ensure our projects get the visibility they deserve.
• Create Impactful Content: Write several high-quality articles each month tailored to the eCommerce industry. (Bonus points if you’re familiar with Shopify!)
• Produce Multimedia Content: Record engaging videos, tutorials, guides, and product demos to complement your written work.
• Lead by Example: Guide, mentor, and manage junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow.
• Collaborate and Contribute: Join the Content & SEO Team workshops and contribute to our collective knowledge and growth.
• Adapt and Innovate: Handle various content production tasks, both video and text-based, ensuring all deliverables are top-notch.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experienced: You have at least 3 years of experience in content marketing, writing in English, and you can show us your best work—send us your top 2 blog posts!
• Ecommerce Savvy: Experience in marketing, eCommerce, or Shopify is a major plus.
• Fluent in English: Your reading and writing skills are top-notch
• Audience-First Mindset: You create content with the reader in mind, using data to drive decisions and optimize results.
• Growth-Oriented: You're constantly seeking to improve and grow, both personally and professionally.
• Reliable: You have a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Creative and Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment, bringing new ideas to the table and working cross-functionally to see them through.

1/ Salary and benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Negotiable with opportunities for increments or promotions every 6 months.
• Full Salary During Trial Period: You will receive your full salary even during the probation period.
