Position: Hotel Travel Agent (TA) / Sales Executive

We are currently hiring a Hotel TA for our 4-star hotel located in the My Dinh area of Hanoi.

We are seeking a dedicated and performance-driven professional who can fully focus on hotel sales and revenue growth. We value team members who work with commitment, responsibility, and a long-term mindset — someone who treats the company like their own and contributes actively to its success.

Key Requirements:

• Strong focus on hotel sales and market development
• Ability to actively source and bring in new agencies, corporate clients, and group bookings
• Proven capability to generate new business and increase occupancy
• Strong networking and relationship management skills
• Experience working with OTA platforms and travel agencies is preferred
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible
• Able to work closely with management and other departments
• On-site working

We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ability to introduce new partners, agencies, or customers to the hotel and contribute directly to revenue expansion.
