1) SCOPE OF WORKS:
• Identify and develop business with direct customers who are Corporate, Consulate/ Embassy…in assigned areas.
• Monitor, plan and execute effective business activities to customers.
• Effectively manage customer outreach strategies.
• Effectively manage the preparation.
• Responsible for revenue, expenses and realistic forecasts to DOS.
• Report to DOS.
2) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and seek out prospective clientele within the sales area, which may have potential usage of the hotel including accommodation and banqueting facilities.
• Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within the assigned market segments.
• Drive and maximize revenue for F&B in Social/Event segment direct from corporate business or direct customers.
• Yielding revenue from corporate forms especially high seasons and lean days.
• Conduct effectively sales calls to all existing and new corporate clients to increase awareness and establish supportive business relationships.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and sales call reports.
• Drive and maintain overall sales to gain new business development opportunities and monitor completion of pro-active sales activities and projects.
• Conducts client inspections to secure business or confirm new business.
• Increases sales volumes and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market segments for the Region.
• Reviews market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, desired and competitive rates etc.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to present action plan ahead and follow up on potential bookings or inquiries.
• Market intelligent (promotion, special events, hotel update…) from competitors update regularly to team.
• Market searching and update new planning projects which are prospects to hotel business opportunities.
• Liaise closely with other departments to co-ordinate customer requests/ requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• As directed, participate in sales trade shows conventions and promotional events within the industry.
• As directed, participate in sales activities including sales trips/sales blitz, both individually and in conjunction with the sales team.
• Pro-active in developing and planning ahead of customer’s activities (birthday, anniversary) and strengthen relationship.
• Negotiate corporate room rates under the guidance of the DOS/REV
• Enhance awareness by providing product knowledge and promote special offers and information.
• Increases sales volumes and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market segments.

• 1 -2 years in similar level in 4 or 5-star hotel
• Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, tourism, hospitality.
2) OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Teamwork working spirit
• Corporate segment incharge in previous is plus
• Enthusiasm, positive and connect
• Good Communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work in high pressure environment.
