Position: Marketing & Event Coordinator

2. What Will You Do? We are not looking for a mere task executor. We are looking for a partner to breathe life into the brand.
· Content Creation: Ideate and execute content campaigns across social media platforms. You are encouraged to propose new directions that capture current trends while maintaining the unique identity of LadyKombucha.
· Events & Community Connection: Plan and coordinate offline events (workshops, tastings, pop-up stores, etc.). You will represent the brand, working directly with partners (resorts, F&B chains, fitness centers) to create engaging touchpoints for customers.
· Execution & Management: Manage the progress of marketing projects, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism in every activity.

· Fresh Perspective: You possess a youthful mindset and are sensitive to lifestyle, cultural, and artistic trends. You are not afraid to experiment with ideas that have never been done before.
· Aesthetic Sense: Good taste is essential. Priority is given to candidates with the ability to take photos, edit basic videos, or use design tools to quickly visualize ideas.
· Organizational Skills: Meticulous and capable of scientifically organizing work to turn concepts into reality smoothly.
· Genuine Spirit: Honest, responsible, and ready to take action. We value those who demonstrate integrity in their work.
· Language: Proficiency in both Vietnam and English is a significant advantage when working with our international partners.
