Job description
(1) Develop and improve the Internal Control System:
- Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating the Company’s internal control policy framework, including internal regulations, procedures, rules, and related documents;
- Ensure that the internal documentation system complies with applicable laws and regulations and is aligned with the Company’s organizational structure and actual business operations.
(2) Conduct internal control and compliance monitoring:
- Develop annual internal control plans and audit programs;
- Conduct periodic inspections in accordance with approved plans and ad-hoc inspections as requested by the Board of Management/General Director;
- Assess the level of compliance with applicable laws, the Company’s Charter, internal regulations, and procedures;
- Identify deficiencies and root causes, and propose corrective actions and recommendations;
- Prepare inspection reports ensuring completeness, objectivity, and accuracy;
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of post-inspection recommendations.
(3) Reporting, information disclosure, and liaison with regulatory authorities:
- Review, consolidate, and verify the Company’s periodic and ad-hoc reports, including but not limited to: operational reports, financial safety ratio reports, financial statements, annual reports, corporate governance reports, and other reports as required by regulations;
- Carry out information disclosure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Act as the focal point for coordinating the preparation of dossiers, data, and documents in response to requests from state regulatory authorities;
- Directly participate in meetings, explanations, and coordination to address issues arising during inspections and examinations by regulators.
(4) Legal support and internal compliance advisory:
- Coordinate with departments to develop, update, and amend internal policies, regulations, and procedures;
- Review contracts and agreements with partners to ensure legal compliance and protect the Company’s interests;
- Prepare compliance materials and organize compliance training for employees;
- Provide advice and support to departments on the proper application and implementation of laws and internal regulations.
(5) Other duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Management/General Director.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Securities, Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting – Auditing, or Law;
- Possession of a Securities Practicing Certificate or certificates in Securities Law and the Securities Market and Fundamental Issues of Securities and the Securities Market.
Experience:
- At least 01 year of experience in Internal Control, Compliance Control, Audit, Accounting, Legal, or related positions;
- Candidates with experience in securities companies are preferred.

- Proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic at work;
- Honest, objective, detail-oriented, and highly aware of confidentiality requirements;
- Good planning, organization, and effective work management skills;
- Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Language and Computer Skills:
- Basic English communication skills;
- Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
