DUTIES:

Work with B2B Business Development Director to build business plan, to develop, sales strategies, sales policy for B2B partners.
Implement sales strategies and sales policies for assigned accounts. Develop adapted sales policies for different accounts to optimize the business opportunities of K+ products
Negotiate framework agreements, agreements of commercial cooperation
Propose, organize, and monitor the implementation of co-marketing operations and sales promotions with Partners
Monitor and manage target achievement
In charge of performance monitoring and reporting (target and sales records)

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree; major in economics or business administration or marketing or relevant fields.
At least five-years of experiences in sales management position
Demonstrated ability to successfully deal with decision-makers of B2B partners
Strong relationship building capability
Having good networking with Telcos / Pay TV players is a plus.
Strong presentation skill, leadership skill, communication skill and negotiation skill.
Sense of financial management.
Fluent in English
