1. ABOUT VUI APP
VuiApp is the pioneer of Earned Wage Access (EWA) in Vietnam. We are on a mission to bring financial wellness to millions of workers. Working at VuiApp means you are at the intersection of Fintech, Labor Law, and Data Privacy. We don’t just follow the law; we help navigate and shape the legal landscape for innovative financial products.
2. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Legal R&D: Conduct deep research on legal regulations, particularly regarding EWA regulations, Fintech trends, and Data Privacy (NDCP). Propose creative legal solutions for complex business challenges.
Drafting & Review: Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, internal policies, and compliance documents.
Operational Excellence: Manage legal archives, track case progress, and ensure all administrative legal tasks are executed with precision.
Licensing & Compliance: Support the team in executing legal procedures with state authorities and partners.
Ad-hoc Projects: Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Head of Legal to support VuiApp’s growth.

3. WHAT WE LOOK FOR (REQUIREMENTS)
Profile: Final-year students or fresh graduates from top-tier Law Schools. Available for at least 3-4 days/week.
Mindset: A "Start-up Soul" – You are fascinated by Fintech, Digital Transformation, and Personal Data Protection.
Personality: Bold & Dynamic. We don't want "yes-men". We want someone who dares to voice their opinion, dares to try, and has a leadership spark.
Skills: Strong legal reasoning, analytical thinking, and the ability to simplify complex legal jargon.
Attitude: High integrity, proactive, and resilient under high-pressure startup environments.

Thắng (CTO) lãnh đạo kỹ thuật cho Blockchain, ERP và Truyền hình tăng cường.
