Responsibilities

• Manage overall project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop project implementation plans and assign tasks to the production team.
• Monitor changes and risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality and on-schedule execution.
• Provide regular reports to management on project progress, team performance, and any issues encountered during implementation.
• Support other departments in building and optimizing processes related to project management and execution.
• Maintain and manage all documentation related to the project.

Qualifications

• Korean proficiency required (TOPIK level 5 or higher)   
•  Experience in design, film production, or game development is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented and careful personality.
• Bachelor’s or college degree in a relevant field.
