Responsiblity:
- Overview the budgeting process for multiple departments, ensuring budgets are prepared, reviewed, and managed according to company standards and financial goals.
- Provide financial guidance, supervise budgeting officers, and offer strategic insights for effective resource allocation.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations while assisting management in financial planning and forecasting.
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain accurate financial records, handle supplier payments, and ensure adherence to budget policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, financial planning, or accounting roles, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in property management firm
- Experience of financial forecasting, modeling, and budgeting processes
- Budget consolidation and analysis
- Strategic decision-making
- Leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
