Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Executive to join our team in Da Nang City. In this role, you’ll act as a key bridge between clients and internal teams to help design, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across digital, social, and creative channels. The ideal candidate must have experience in marketing, communications, and some exposure to the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering results and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain a strong network of customers, fostering long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop and manage growth strategies that balance financial gain with customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify client needs, new markets, industry trends, and opportunities.
- Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective and current clients to pitch, promote, and position the company’s products and services in line with their objectives.
- Plan and coordinate content production activities (photo/video shoots) tailored to each client’s unique selling points (e.g., hotels, hospitality).
- Contribute fresh ideas to content planning, campaigns, and client engagement strategies to address gaps in current content.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality work is completed on time.
- Track and maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other account data.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance and evaluation reports, and deliver actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Provide trustworthy feedback, after-sales support, and client care to strengthen loyalty and satisfaction.
- Drive new business development by identifying, pitching, and securing new clients for CHIIC.
- Making work evaluation reports, reporting performance and reporting related KPIs

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), Saturday morning (Work From Home, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM).

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a client-facing commercial role such as Account Executive, or a similar position; hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of the hospitality and hotel landscape, including industry trends and key stakeholders; prior experience in hospitality marketing or communications is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
