Role Description
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Sales Intern to actively prospect and develop the Japanese market. This hybrid internship is based in Ho Chi Minh City, with flexibility for some remote work. As part of the sales team, you will play a critical role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting the growth of our platform in Japan. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively prospecting and identifying potential customers in the Japanese market.
- Communicating effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and prospects.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure strong client satisfaction.
- Supporting sales activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and sales management.
- Assisting with training programs and initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer service experience or aptitude.
- Interest in sales and business development; previous sales experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
