We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Digital Focus) to support the execution of Wise-Concetti’s digital marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on website performance, search visibility, and professional digital platforms in a B2B environment.

This role works closely with the Marketing Lead to execute digital initiatives across website, search, LinkedIn, and offline industry activities.

1. Website & Search

· Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.

· Assist with initiatives related to SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI-driven optimization).

· Monitor basic website performance and search visibility.

2. Content & Digital Platforms

· Create, update, and optimize English content for the website.

· Manage and update content on WordPress websites.

· Support content execution and page management on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

3. Tools, AI & Technology

· Use and explore AI tools and digital marketing technologies to support research, content, and workflow efficiency.

· Continuously learn and adopt new tools to improve execution.

4. Offline & Industry Activities

· Support marketing activities related to industry events, exhibitions, or networking events (mainly preparation, content, and post-event communication).

5. Research & Coordination

· Research market trends and competitor activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when required.

6. Other Marketing Support

· Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the Sale & Marketing Lead or CEO.

Requirements:

1. Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

· Around 1 year of experience in marketing or digital marketing (including relevant internships).

2. Digital & Technical Understanding

· Basic understanding of digital marketing, especially SEO, website optimization, and LinkedIn.

· Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools is a plus.

3. AI & Learning Mindset

· Comfortable working with tools, technology, and AI-based solutions.

· Curious, proactive, and willing to learn.

4. Core Skills

· Good command of English (reading and writing).

· Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

· Able to work effectively within timelines and collaborate with team members.
