Job Description
As part Ayobody’s new venture development team, your responsibility will be to:
- Work with our Group CEOto develop a new venture from scratch;
- Manage the product development pipeline and ensure that we hit our milestones;
- Improve efficiency and quality of service. Actively look for ways to improve upon and optimize existing procedures, systems, and processes;
- Structure and carry out initiatives to propel the business forward;
- Work with freelancers on set up digital marketing campaigns and manage performance;
- Set up tracking and reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to inform strategy.
This position might be a good fit if you:
- Have at least 5+ years of experience in working with high-growth startups;
- Are a great generalist, being able to switch your attention between product, marketing and project management;
- Enjoy working with new technologies and testing out new tools;
- Have a good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets (Vlookups, Pivot Tables etc);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
- Love to be there from the start, scaling a startup from 0 to market leader;
- Are highly ambitious and eager to accelerate your career.
