We are looking for a hands-on Product Owner to drive the evolution of PAXY - PMAX's in-house automated marketing system - with an initial focus on media workflows. This role will turn product strategy into clear priorities, deeply understand user pain points, and be accountable for product adoption and value realization. You will work closely with Media, Strategy, Operations, Data, AI, and Engineering to ship practical solutions that improve workflow quality, speed, visibility, and scale.

Product strategy and discovery
- Understand business priorities, user workflows, and operating pain points across Media and related teams.
- Translate product strategy into clear problem statements, priorities, and roadmap proposals for PAXY.
- Conduct user interviews, workflow mapping, shadowing, and feedback collection to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Use data and qualitative insight to validate needs, size opportunities, and recommend practical trade-offs.
- Own and prioritize backlog for assigned PAXY product areas or modules.
- Write clear user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
- Work with stakeholders to align scope, dependencies, release priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure requirements are actionable for Engineering, Data, AI, and QA, with minimal ambiguity during execution.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, AI, and business stakeholders throughout planning, refinement, UAT, release, and post-release follow-up.
- Clarify requirements quickly, unblock ambiguity, and ensure the delivered solution solves the intended user problem.
- Support testing, rollout readiness, and release communication to target users and stakeholders.
- Balance speed, quality, and practicality in delivery decisions to keep teams focused on the highest-value work.
- Be accountable for product adoption, feature usage, and ongoing feedback loops for target user groups.
- Design rollout plans, enablement materials, training sessions, and communication to embed PAXY into day-to-day workflows.
- Identify barriers to adoption and drive corrective actions with team leads and relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with users to improve usability, process fit, and trust in the product over time.
- Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption rate, active usage, workflow efficiency, process compliance, and user satisfaction.
- Surface product insights, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate new martech, automation, and AI opportunities relevant to PAXY and PMAX media workflows.
- Maintain a strong focus on business value, operational impact, and scalable product decisions.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have
- 2+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Media Operations, MarTech / AdTech, or related roles.
- Strong ability to understand user workflows, identify root problems, and translate them into practical product requirements.
- Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, and business teams.
- Good communication skills with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban ways of working.
- Experience in digital media, performance marketing, campaign operations, or marketing technology environments.
- Experience working on internal platforms, workflow tools, or automation products.
- Familiarity with Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, or related media ecosystems.
- Experience with product analytics, BI tools, SQL, or data-informed decision making.
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation, or operational system design.
