Job Purpose:
As a Senior Vehicle Artist, you will play a key role in creating stunning visuals for our projects. You will work closely with our talented artists and collaborate with other departments to create impressive realistic vehicles and elevate the player's gaming experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create vehicle models using photo references or CAD.
- Create high-poly models for texture baking and create PBR materials.
- Create UV in accordance with the technical requirements.
- Optimize vehicle models for performance while maintaining high-quality visuals.
- Assist your Supervisor and mentor other artists in the team when required.
- Report to Vehicle Supervisor as requirement.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the game industry.
- Ability to create car models following photo references, CAD and, technical guidelines.
- Strong knowledge in 3D game development pipelines and processes for mobile game.
- Excellent skills in low-poly and high-poly vehicle creation for gaming industry.
- Excellent skills in modeling, UV unwrapping and hard-surface
- Excellent optimization skills for real-time mobile game.
- Excellent skills in texture baking and good understanding of PBR shader.
- Excellent skills in 3dsmax, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter and Unity / Unreal.
- High-poly sculpting in Zbrush is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing outstanding vehicle models.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Passion for gaming (especially cars).

Lịch sử thành lập
- Năm 1999, Gameloft được thành lập bởi Michel Guillemot, một trong năm người sáng lập Ubisoft
- Tháng 2/2009, Gameloft đã xuất xưởng hơn 200 triệu bản trò chơi của mình kể từ khi IPO, cũng như 2 triệu lượt tải xuống trò chơi hàng ngày qua App Store dành cho iOS.
- Tháng 11/2009, Gameloft đã cắt giảm mạnh các khoản đầu tư vào phát triển trò chơi Android
- Tháng 7/2010, Gameloft đã cố gắng bán các trò chơi Android trực tiếp thông qua trang web của mình, tránh sử dụng Google Play
- Tháng 7/2014, Gameloft thông báo rằng họ sẽ tập trung mạnh vào chất lượng hơn là số lượng, như đã tuyên bố trước đây.
- Tháng 2/2012 và tháng 2/2016, Gameloft đã ký hợp đồng xuất bản lần lượt với GREE, Inc. và GungHo Online Entertainment để tạo điều kiện cho sự hiện diện của nó tại thị trường châu Á.

Mô tả tuyển dụng Thiết kế nhân vật công việc :
Công việc thiết kế nhân vật công việc là tạo ra hình ảnh, phong cách và biểu cảm cho nhân vật trong game, hoạt hình, truyện tranh hoặc quảng cáo. Người thiết kế cần phát triển concept art, phác thảo và hoàn thiện nhân vật theo yêu cầu nội dung và định hướng nghệ thuật. Người làm sẽ phác thảo, lên concept, thiết kế chi tiết về hình dáng, biểu cảm, trang phục và tính cách nhân vật. Họ cần phối hợp chặt với team 2D, 3D, animator, game developer,... để đảm bảo nhân vật phù hợp với nội dung và định hướng sáng tạo.
Các vị trí phổ biến gồm: Character Designer, Concept Artist, 2D/3D Character Artist, Game Artist. Kỹ năng cần có gồm vẽ tay, sử dụng phần mềm như Photoshop,Illustrator, Blender, ZBrush,...
Mức lương dao động từ 8 – 20 triệu VNĐ/tháng cho người mới, cao hơn với người có kinh nghiệm.
