Job Description

Design and execute end-to-end AI research projects, including data collection, model building, evaluation, and reporting.
Create and implement innovative AI solutions to address complex real-world problems.
Work closely with team members and other product teams to integrate AI solutions.
Mentor and provide support junior team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related ffeld.
Have at least 2-4 years of experience in AI research and development.
Have a proven track record in managing end-to-end AI projects and products.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries.
Strong understanding of linear algebra, statistics, and discrete mathematics.
Knowledge of causal inference, knowledge representation, reasoning, and game theory.
Expertise in AI techniques and algorithms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proffciency in writing scientiffc reports and presenting ideas.
Ability to select suitable models for solving current problems rather than focusing solely on the latest technology. Preferred:
Proffciency in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing algorithms.
Experience with AI projects such as recommendation systems, chatbots, and time series analysis.
