POSITION PURPOSE
The Admin Intern supports the team in handling and updating the records, filing, and database of activities and attendance that enables capturing the university's activities, student's development journey and collaborations between the university and industry partners. The intern also supports event administrative tasks and procurement paperwork to comply with the University's policies and procedures. As a member of Career Services & Industry Relations Team - Student Engagement Department, the intern contribute to the customer service quality and timely responses to a variety of written requests from students and parents for information relating to career services via telephone, correspondence and/or electronic mail.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle online and printed version of professional experience evaluation form, check and contact students and employers to validate information, and provide standard responses via emails.
- Update PSG database of career activities participation, professional experience, 1-1 career consultation, and other student's career & work readiness PSG records.
- Create job posts on the BUV Career Centre Platform and social media.
- Support event logistic works.
- Other administrative and logistic works incurred from workflow with individual student cases and relevant paperwork and records.
Internship duration & Working hours:
- 3 months, full-time/ part-time.
- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Undergraduate students or fresh graduates.
- Familiar with administrative and office tasks.
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and well-organised.
- Excellent written English and Vietnamese with the ability to correct English and Vietnamese usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary.
- Proficient Computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective interpersonal skills with different stakeholders.
