* JOB OVERVIEW: We seek a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will optimize our online content, improve keyword rankings, and drive organic traffic to key landing pages. The focus will be enhancing our visibility in search engine results for specific Magento-related keywords and broad industry terms, mainly promoting our Retail Management Software launched in 2022 to Magento merchants. The candidate’s key performance indicators (KPIs) will be directly related to generating high-quality leads for this solution, which is central to our growth and success.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keyword Research and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis, specifically focusing on Magento and retail software-related terms within the B2B market. Develop and execute SEO strategies to target and rank for these keywords, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Content Writer to ensure that all on-page and off-page content is optimized for search engine visibility and lead generation, aligning with our keyword targets and SEO strategies.
- Ranking Monitoring: Regularly monitor keyword rankings and performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve and maintain top positions in search engine results. Track progress and report on key metrics.
- Website and Technical Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to enhance overall site performance in search engines. Recommend and implement technical improvements for our WordPress website.
- Link Building: Execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites, contributing to improved search engine rankings. Oversee the process and manage a virtual assistant team responsible for prospecting and outreach to secure backlinks.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the retail management software industry. Stay informed about industry developments and algorithm changes that can impact our KPIs.
- Content Promotion: Collaborate with the team to promote SEO-optimized content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
