? Plan & Scope:

• Define project requirements, coordinate resource estimation, and build realistic timelines.
• Ensure teams are aligned on deliverables and deadlines.

? Communicate & Collaborate:

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Keep stakeholders updated and engaged through clear, timely communication.

? Monitor & Optimize:

• Ensure quality delivery, manage documentation, and implement industry best practices.
• Spot issues early and course-correct with confidence.

? Team & Workflow Management:

• Draft staffing schedules, monitor expenses, and document team achievements.
• Foster a proactive and accountable work environment.

⚠️ Mitigate Risk & Lead Solutions:

• Analyze technologies and strategies to minimize project risks while maximizing value.

✅ At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, product/tech, or a similar role.

✅ Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and a passion for technology.

✅ Strong English communication skills and tech literacy.

✅ Critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and comfort working cross-functionally.

✅ Bonus: Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
