Mô tả công việc

Job Summary
Promote and sell the company’s products and services with the objective to achieve sales, profit margin and customer satisfaction within established policies, procedures and guidelines
Represent company brand name and reputation
General Responsibilities

Visit customers; build and maintain positive customer relationship; receive and respond to any complaint;
Meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer by cooperating with AE (Application Engineer), After sales and Sales Admin Department
Provide technical assistance to developers & consultants
Achieve sales and gross margin targets
Monitor the tender progress
Assess customer needs and potentials
Provide sales reports on request
Develop contract, negotiate contract terms and ensure contract terms meet company policies
Co- ordinate with relevant departments and suppliers for troubleshooting; in order to maintain and improve customer relationships
Visit new and existing customer and consultant in Commercial Building Services to promote sales
Complete profit calculation sheet , quotation
Monitor delivery schedule, inform customer on all logistics arrangement.
Follow up payment schedule, and propose solution for any outstanding debt / overdue AR
Ensure timeliness of order approval and that delivery schedule meets customer’s need
Any other task on requirement
Arrange site survey when needed
Determine project cost and propose profit margin

Functional Skills And Knowledge

Familiar with basic financial metrics ( margin, Account Receivable ...)
Basic understanding of Foreign trade regulations
Selling & Negotiation Skill
Basic computer skill
Technical project sales
English

Working Experience

Knowledgeable in Commercial Building project sales and project management.
2- 4 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales

Education
Graduated from Technical university
