Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via various communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and document solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve product functionality
Maintain knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements
Contribute to the development of support resources, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs

Requirements

1+ year(s) of hands-on experience with Automation Testing (mobile testing, web-based testing, API testing, or WinApp testing)
Demonstrated self-starting and supportive team spirit
Ability to effectively multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
Strong command of English for effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and tools

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 1993, thành lập chính thức dưới hình thức là Chi nhánh Hà Nội của công ty TNHH Viko Moolsan có trụ sở chính tại Khu công nghiệp Biên Hòa – Đồng Nai.
Năm 2003, chi nhánh Hà Nội được tách ra thành công ty TNHH Viko Glowin Hà Nội. Năm 2006, Công ty đổi tên thành Công ty TNHH Everpia Việt Nam.
Tháng 04 năm 2007, Công ty chuyển đổi loại hình hoạt động thành công ty cổ phần và chuyển tên thành Công ty cổ phẩn Everpia Việt Nam..

Với nguồn nguyên vật liệu nhập khẩu trực tiếp Hàn Quốc không qua nước trung gian và các mẫu chăn ga được thiết kế bởi những chuyên gia thiết kế hàng đầu đến từ Hàn Quốc. Sản phẩm chăn ga gối đệm Everon luôn là sự lựa chọn hàng đầu với người tiêu dùng Việt Nam.
