*** Ocean Export:
- Operate all jobs under the proper and timely usage of Dimerco Value Plus System, include data and sales/costs entry.
- Coordinate with customers in receiving bookings / Place bookings with carriers/ Release bookings to customers.
- Send information to destination offices or agents after cargo onboard, follow up with carriers and keep customers updated if any changes on the sailing schedule/ ETD/ ETA.
- Co-ordinate with carriers to get BL (Original, SWB, surrendered BL).
- Release Bill of lading (Original, SWB, surrendered BL) to customers.
*** And including:
- To prepare Debit/ Credit note, follow up payment with consignees/ carriers. To submit payment request to Accounting Team to pay for carriers' cost/ trucking vendor.
- Support Sales team to contact/ take care with customer.
- Solve any arising issues related into space and equipment.
- Input and update shipment information in the Dimerco system.
- Handle daily correspondence (emails/phone calls) from customers, solve arising problems after shipment on board, escalate issues to related parties when needed.
- Strong in problem solving for sea transportation with customers and shipping lines.
- Find and build up relationship with direct customers, develop with both domestic and oversea partners.
- Handle the other tasks assigned by Team Leader or Management.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Onboard Date: as soon as possible.
Degree: Bachelor.
Major: Foreign trading, international transport, logistics solution will be preferable.
Experience: At least 2 year of experience working on a similar job in Logistics/ Fowarder company is required for this position.
Skills/ Licenses: Proficient in MS office and computer skills.
Self-motivated, respectful, honest and trustworthy
Language: Good command in English. Chinese would be advantage.
Working Days : From Mon to Fri + Sat morning.
Working Hours: 7.5 hours/ day - Break Time: 1.5 hours
From 08.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m (Mon - Fri).
From 08.30 a.m to 12.00 p.m (Work From Home).
Benefits:
Salary: 13.000.000 mil to 16.000.000 mil depending on candidate's working experience.
