Job Description
- Daily reconcile data between ShopeePay system and Partner system.
- Monthly make payments for Partners.
- Monitor and cross-check internal reports to ensure their accuracy, consistency, and timely detection of system errors, minimizing loss.
- Coordinate with other departments to check and resolve the problems related to customers’ E–Wallet balances.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly & other ad-hocs reports.
- Take part in new projects.
- Do monthly management reports.
- Other ad-hoc work, and internal reports as needed.
- Good data processing skills, especially Python, and SQL.
- Good number sense, and strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility with changes.
- Experience: at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Education Background: College/University graduates; Data Science, Accounting, finance, and banking are advantages.
- Language skills: Good command of English, and Chinese is an advantage.
- Others: Number sense, strong attention to detail, flexibility to changes.
