• Reporting to the leader of Event Marketing Team lead, this position you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the event- function’s journey. From determining events proposal, coordinating contents, PR, digital, customer relations, internal and external communications, you help shape the image of the brand to targeted market, grow a consumer base as well as gaining potential business leads.

Responsibilities
• The duties and responsibilities of an
Event Marketing Specialist
center on planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes. Coordinators must understand what it takes to make sure the logistics work out, keep everything within the allocated budget and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly while keeping the manager in all loops. Here are the most essential duties and responsibilities:
• Keep direct supervisor reported at all- time
• Researching, evaluating and building event calendar
• Managing within approved event budgets and negotiate the best value across all events, from regional to global and provide post event summaries
• Building event masterplan including proposal, timeline, task list and budget
• Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events.
• Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise in both planning and onsite phrases.

• Pursuing a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• A creative yet practical mind, strategic thinker, creative problem solver and strong organization skills
• Capable of effectively managing projects, ensuring timely progress
• Ability to partner with cross- functional teams, multitasks. Experience working with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
• Fluent in English with reliable English writing, reading skills.
• Minimum 2- 3 years of related experience, has been worked in a multinational and multi- cultural environment
