Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY:
The role is dedicated to implementing learning & talent development solutions that align with CCBV's Talent & Development needs and driving well-rounded talent-related experiences leveraging the power of digital technologies.
Prioritized Responsibilities:
1. Implement Learning & Talent Development activities (40%)
- Assist the services delivery of talent & learning interventions: programs to strive for agile implementation and make sure service quality (based on actual requirements & priorities of programs rolling).
- Follow through and keep track of relevant implemented talent & learning programs, at the same time, monitor and support in evaluating a wide range of learning and development activities to foster continuous improvement and measure the effectiveness and impact on organization.
2. Accelerate Learning & Talent Development communication and engagement (20%)
- Design communication materials for roll-out of initiatives, develop marketing and communications to drive participation, engagement in talent & learning activities
- Implement talent and learning engagement solutions to ensure programs delivery in a more dynamic and accessible way
- Support to prepare logistics and facilitate talent & learning programs/campaigns/ activities to promote learning and development culture (self-paced, social learning, learning circles, ... as well as engaging with participants to drive the most well-rounded learning and development experiences)
3. Support digital learning platforms and utilize learning analytics (40%)
- Support to expand the utilization of online offerings including LMS and other digital learning platforms
- Prepare required reports and support in reviewing and analyzing learning data to propose actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Participate in learning digitalization projects to enhance learning experiences through researching on digital learning tools and solutions to propose suitable application to CCBV
4. Other duties (including any ad hoc projects/ tasks) as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Third-year or Final year students or Fresh Graduates from University nationwide​. Majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, and other related majors
- Advanced English skills (in 4 skills)
- Experience & keen interests in Learning Technologies & Learning Management System is a plus
- Skills: Project management, Teamwork, Microsoft Office skills, Stakeholders engagements, Communications (design skill is a plus)
