Mô tả công việc
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify raw material requirements (steel, alloys, and other specialized materials) from the production department and plan purchases.
- Research the market, select, and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure stable and quality supply.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor delivery schedules, inspect quality, and ensure timely supply of materials.
- Work with relevant departments to understand the cutting tool requirements for machining processes.
- Develop a purchasing strategy to ensure cutting tools are always available and meet technical specifications.
- Analyze the performance and lifespan of cutting tools to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with external processing service providers to meet production needs that the company cannot handle in-house.
- Ensure that outsourcing services meet the required quality and deadlines.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on criteria such as quality, price, delivery time, and ability to meet demand.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in case suppliers face difficulties.
- Develop initiatives to improve the efficiency of the procurement process and reduce material and tool costs.
- Utilize purchasing management software and ERP systems to track and analyze procurement performance.
- Propose improvement solutions to optimize material and cutting tool inventory, avoiding shortages or surpluses.
- Build and manage the annual procurement budget, ensuring that expenditures stay within the plan.
- Collaborate with the finance department to control costs and manage supplier payment contracts.
- Regularly report on the procurement status of materials, tools, and outsourcing services to the management.
- Analyze data and make strategic recommendations to improve the procurement process and minimize risks.
Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with relevant procurement or supply chain management certifications.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience working in the oil & gas, mechanical, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and budget management skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English for commercial transactions and technical issues.

CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN RTC TECHNOLOGY VIỆT NAM (RTC Technology Viet Nam JSC) tiền thân là trung tâm công nghệ RTC (RTC Technology Center) được thành lập vào tháng 3/2012.
- Năm 2013, RTC cung cấp các thiết bị vật tư trong lĩnh vực tự động hoá, đặc biệt là trong lĩnh vực Machine Vision như: Camera, phim, ống kính, đèn, bộ điều khiển Vision, máy đọc mã vạch, cảm biến, Halcon/Merlic của các hãng như: MVTec, Hikrobot, Datalogic, VST, Mitsubishi, Fujifilm. Bên cạnh đó, RTC còn triển khai các dự án về xe tự hành AGV và chế tạo máy theo yêu cầu.
- Năm 2014, RTC cung cấp các giải pháp về Machine Vision, tự động hóa, lập trình hệ thống PLC, HMI, Servo, Robot, SCADA, BMS…hệ thống nhúng cho các nhà máy, các dự án tự động hoá.
- Năm 2015, với nhiều thành tựu nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực công nghệ tự động hóa, được sự ủng hộ nhiệt tình của khách hàng, với mong muốn kiến tạo và góp phần phát triển cho ngành sản xuất quốc gia, chúng tôi thành lập Công ty Cổ Phần RTC Technology Việt Nam.
