- Follow up and issue warranty letter.
- Make spare parts/Reconstruction price calculation.
- Time keeping, stationery, make payment document.
- Make item requirement to buy installation insurance for main ropes & sheave replacing contract.
- Request PS to create spare parts item in ERP, make sales order in ERP.
- Monitor shipment schedule to ensure available parts.
- Follow & report on spare parts turnover progress.
- Other admin tasks.
- Send SMS brand name to customer periodically.
- Other tasks assigned by Managers.Education: Graduating University and above.
Experiences: 1 - 2 years.
Basic English (4 skills).
MS Office.
Soft skills: Hard working, honest, careful, negotiation skill, problem-solving skill.- Working hours: 8 hours/day from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
