A. SAP system operation and management

• Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and develop SAP solutions to meet their needs.
• Design, configure and implement SAP modules and solutions, including SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP and/or other relevant modules.
• Participate in project meetings and give regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Perform testing (UAT/UNIT/REGRESSION) and training sessions.
• Collaborate with our global accounts, customers and other vendors/teams to set up their EDI solutions for operations.
• Develop, implement and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure smooth and on-time completion of project deliverables within the decided scope and budget.
• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support, training and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP.
• Manage and implement updates/upgrades in SAP system upon approval.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, tools and best practices

B. Responsibilities on IT Support

• Manage workload of other members of MIS Team and provide support/direction in need.
• Reviews changes for audit compliance.
• Reviews deployment documentation, forms, work plans, back out plans, test scripts, test results and compliance reports.
• Ensures applications meet architectural standards.
• Performs deployment coordination with other services across Departments in the Company.
• Performs component deployment, verification and notification.
• Performs measures to ensure the availability, integrity, confidentiality and reliability of application deployments.
• Coordinates resolution of incidents with help-desk.
• Documents work plans and deployment baselines.
• Develop and enhance the working relationship with our Client and be an escalation point for queries or issues client may have around any aspect of service.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, and other major modules.
• Gain project experience in SAP’s new S/4HANA and future solutions
• With particular experience to understand IT and Business risks related to SAP
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems.
• Relevant certifications like SAP Certified Technology Associate and SAP Certified Development Associate.
• Exposure and hands-on in PP configuration, customizing and deployment.
• Aware of the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills including ability to work with staff at all levels, ability to communicate clearly and succinctly (both verbal & written) on complex topics
• Demonstrate leadership and managerial skills, the ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership.
