- Lead the design team to create compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns and pitching that align with client strategy. - Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality design deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account, Planning) to understand brief requirements and translate them into effective visual designs. - Conceptualize and design event branding, including but not limited to, logo & key visual, POSM, banner & signage, invitations, presentation and marketing collateral. - Develop digital marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media graphics, campaigns' logos and key visuals, editorial images - Continuously improve design processes, tools, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and technologies.- 2+ years of experience in a design leadership role. - Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design skills, including marketing campaigns and event design. - Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (experienced in Illustrator, Photoshop,etc.) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred.- Competitive salary + 13th month - Attractive performance bonus - Yearly health check - Company party + team building
