Job Purpose:

• Responsible for providing executive, administrative support to BOD and CEO; Serving as a point of contact for BOD and CEO with internal/ external parties; and Assisting BOD and CEO in managing projects/key tasks as requested.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's schedule and inbox, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritization of tasks; Prepare draft agendas, develop, compile, distribute presentation materials and reports for executive meetings, follow up on action items
• Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning; Cover blind spots by identifying potential issues and bringing them to the CEO's attention
• Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects
• Work closely with the BOD to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Collaborate with the CEO to write and distribute monthly investor updates; Maintain clear and transparent communication with investors.
• Oversee and coordinate travel logistics for the Executive Team.
• Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

1. Education:

• Bachelor of Business, Economic or Finance

2. Professional major:

• Overall understanding in Technology Industry
• Strong relationship management skills, be a team player and possess ability to work across organizations with business personnel at all levels.
• Ability to plan and consolidate information.

3. Experiences:

• 5+ years of experience in assistant or equivalent positions.
• Strong verbal and communication skills in English

4. Essential Capabilities:

• Good at reading data reports & Data mindset
• Project management skills
