1. Work with agencies and partners to implement marketing activities.
- Work with event management agencies to define scope and requirements for activation.
- Act as a focal point for partnership development for external organizations.
- Act as a conduit for hotels to schedule and execute specific tactical activations.

2. Make action plans by month/quarter/year or by campaign/basis.
- To align and orchestrate campaign planning with each respective business units (F&B, Meetings & Conferences, Weddings).
- Define and execute campaign messaging and creative strategy.
- Contribute to the annual/quarterly campaign planning including the budget management for proposed activations.

3. Participate in the production of content, images, clips, TVC to promote products and services of the brand.
- Translating/filter the requirements for each content request into specific technical requirements fo the creative team.
- Quality checking all assets to ensure suitability for distribution and alignment to requested requirements.

4. Budget management: Ensuring budget allocation is correct and utilization is monitored and audited.

5. Coordinate with a number of internal departments to implement the plan, manage results and orient adjustments to achieve goals.
