• Organizational Effectiveness: Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing efficient processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the resort adheres to company standards for excellence and quality in all aspects of operations.
• Business Expansion: Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships and partnerships.
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage external relationships with staff benefit representatives, applicants, government officials, and local community members to maintain positive relationships and enhance the resort's reputation.
• Guidance and Feedback: Develop professional training strategies for employees. Directly train and guide Heads of Departments (HODs) to strengthen management skills and soft skills, bringing professionalism and overall success to the resort.
• Build a KPI system for the Company's departments

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor‘s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master‘s degree preferred).
Over 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of managing successful operations.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional results.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and guest preferences.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification from relevant industry associations is a plus.
