2. Executing:
Search and look for suitable candidates
Screen CVs and setup interviews
Inform feedback and result of the interview to candidates
Negotiate about working conditions and benefits
Make recruitment reports by statistics of candidate data, recruitment costs and other necessary information
3. Onboarding:
Implement and coordinate procedures for new employees (seats, machines, contracts, employee records, ...)
Integration training for new employees
4. Following the probation:
Coordinate with Department Manager to evaluate the probation and sign contract/terminate the probation with the respective new employees
5. Employer branding:
Comply with the company's requirements and policies on the recruitment process
Respond to candidates' inquiries in a polite, appropriate and prompt manner
Work with training institutions, universities to source and build recruitment brand
Make a survey of candidate experience, statistics and timely adjustment suggestions
Connect with employees, learn about employees' thoughts and aspirations in order to advise the Board of Directors on timely solutions in labor relations.
6. Others:
Participate in assigned training activities
Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commision based on the number of the successfully offered candidates.
Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October);

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting IT positions in outsourcing companies (position: Japanese marketing jobs, high-level jobs)
Bachelor of HR, economics, business administration or related fields
Have knowledge of IT services and the labor market
Agile, proactive in work, able to work independently as well as in a good team
Excellent skill of persuasion, negotiation and communication
Positive & results-oriented mindset with logical thinking
