JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service (parents and students premium experience)
- Ensure parent & student are well supported from the beginning until the end of the course by foreseeing parent concerns, problem solving issues, handling complaints within campus.
- Conduct parent touchpoint appointments (parent session, progress updates, graduation).
- Do monthly student's progress update phone calls with parents.
- Interact with Programming Tutors and Teachers on a daily basis to ensure student’s learning progress at campus and notify parents when there are concerns.
- Build a sustainable relationship with Parents through the regular face to face, phone call and email.
- Effectively collaborate with other departments to ensure parents & students receive timely support.
- Follow strictly potential parents/students’ welcoming procedure
- Deliver the welcoming, warm atmosphere and maintain a positive demeanor for everyone entering the campus.
- Coordinate with admission and academic departments to ensure a positive outcomes and contribute to campus renewals and referrals
- Identify trial opportunities from current parents through effective monthly progress updates for potential renewals or potentials new students (referrals)
Campus Operations & Admin
- Ensure campus’s facilities, inventory, procurement procedures are strictly followed on a daily basis.
- Weekly report to Service Manager for inventory restocking and updates
- Enhance fun, safe learning environment, high quality classroom experience for all students
- Daily reinforcement for campus’ looks and feels
- Align and take assigned actions with Service Manager to ensure scheduling efficiency within campus
- Ensure systems data compliance within campus.
- Ensure well plan event flow & student parent experience joining the event to maintain studying community
- Ensure students are safely picked up on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS
- A proven track record in customer service roles
- Prior experience in Education is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
- Great interpersonal skills & customer service-oriented
- Flexible work schedule including weekdays evenings and weekends

Công ty cổ phần Dịch vụ Hàng không Nội Bài (NBAS) là đơn vị kinh doanh hệ thống phòng khách thương gia tại các Cảng hàng không Việt Nam có trụ sở chính tại Tòa nhà N02 - T1 - Khu Đoàn Ngoại Giao, phường Xuân Tảo, quận Bắc Từ Liêm, TP Hà Nội.
Năm 2018 Công ty NBAS vận hành và quản lý PKTG Sông Hồng tại nhà Ga T1, T2 Cảng hàng không Quốc tế Nội Bài.
Trải qua 4 năm hoạt động hệ thống PKTG Sông Hồng đã khẳng định được vị thế của mình trong ngành dịch vụ hàng không. Tháng 01 năm 2023 Công ty NBAS đã được lựa chọn là đối tác với Tổng công ty Cảng hàng không Việt Nam trong việc hợp tác kinh doanh dịch vụ PKTG tại 16 Cảng hàng không trải dài từ Bắc vào Nam. Mỗi phòng khách tại các Cảng hàng không trong chuỗi hệ thống dịch vụ của Sông Hồng có thiết kế đặc trưng riêng theo từng vùng miền để mang lại những trải nghiệm văn hoá riêng cho khách hàng.
Hiện tại đối tác của Công ty NBAS là các hãng hàng không quốc tế Các hãng hàng không quốc tế 4, 5 sao: Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Asiana Airlines...; Hãng hàng không Việt Nam: Bamboo Airways, Vietjet Air; Liên minh sử dụng PKTG toàn cầu: Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Dragon Pass...và các doanh nghiệp lớn trong nước.
