1. Support project management:

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

- Track project progress and ensure objectives and deadlines are met.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and technical documents.

2. Communication and Coordination:

- Serve as a liaison between project teams in Vietnam and the United States, ensuring information is communicated accurately and promptly.

- Coordinate online and in-person meetings, including preparing materials and recording meeting minutes.

3. Document Management; Technical Support:

4. Assist in identifying potential risks and issues related to the project.

5. Handle general office duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

6. Coordinate with various departments and team members to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project tasks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English literature, Project Management, Engineer or a related field.

2. Language: Fluent in English.

3. Professional skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines....

4. Application/Software: Proficient in using office information technology.

5. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar assistant role.
