Mô tả Công việc
Manage and monitor network systems (LAN, WAN, WIFI and INTERNET ...), connections with partners (VPN, MPLS, Direct Connect ...), server room, servers, CCTV system, contact Centre system, storage devices, security devices (Firewall, WAF ...) databases and infrastructure services;
Manage, allocate and revoke network resources, server and storage resources, install operating systems for servers;
Perform data backup and recovery, related configuration of network devices, security devices, servers, contact center, CCTV system, centralized storage devices, databases;
Establish and maintain Internet access policies, email policies, remote access policies, firewall policies, password policies, application access policies etc.;
Coordinate management/control/operation of security systems, security monitoring.
Handle/Coordinate handling of situations, incidents, and problems arising related to the IT systems.
Maintain the continuous operation of IT systems and services:
Implement the process of handling IT incidents; focal point to organize and coordinate the handling of arising incidents.
Manage, analyze and evaluate incidents; make remediation plans or remediation instructions;
Coordinate the transformation of system, application and service according to disaster recovery plan; coordinate the implementation of periodical disaster recovery plan drills.
Build and manage tools for system monitor and system optimization;
Coordinate monitoring and warning of cybersecurity incidents and information security incidents affecting internal/outsourced information systems.
Receive and handle service support requests related to infrastructure, network systems, servers, contact centre systems and maintain the stability of provided services:
Create and authorize access accounts for users on IT infrastructure according to Matrix Role: Service accounts, privileged administration accounts, etc;
Coordinate implementation of communication activities and announcements about IT's technology services.
Forward, coordinate and push the processing of requests assigned to other departments from the Servicedesk management system or email.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge:
Understanding of system architecture and networks/firewalls
Knowledge of virtualization technology and hybrid environments
In-depth knowledge of enterprise security solutions
Familiarity with information security processes and standards
Experience:
Experience in deploying, maintaining, and upgrading infrastructure (servers/networks/firewalls)
Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure issues and providing technical support
Experience in developing and implementing IT infrastructure policies and procedures. Preference for candidates with experience in Call center/Contact center systems
Qualifications:
College/University degree in Information Technology
Certifications: CCNP, CCSP
Certifications or proven ability to manage Windows Server and Linux systems
Demonstrable experience in managing Domain and email servers
