Job description:
Sales Activities:
Develop new customers
Monitor PO & Forecast from customers to analyze fluctuation trend
Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value customers
Survey market information
Identify & receive new project information, make quotation, follow up customer feedback about quotations, competitors’ information to win project. After winning project, communicate with customers & factory side to ensure delivery to customers
Make presentation slide & visit customers regularly to maintain good relationship, update projects information, competitors information, customers’ feedback about products & service
Negotiate with customers in case there is anything happen
Collaborating with related department to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Research & report about sales market trend, competitors’ activities…
Other tasks from company
Visit planning
Develop new customers to expand sales
Monitor PO & delivery schedule from customer to avoid linedown problem
Engineering Activities:
Technical support & trouble shooting when necessary
Promote products & technology by presentation
Technical support at customer site
Receive customers’ quality claim & do investigation with Manager’s instruction. Negotiate with customers in need & report customers about investigation result
Other tasks from company
Fulfill all customers’ request about technical questions, technical survey, Report
Do training about products, bearing handling, bearing trouble shooting, bearing installation… to support customers, make good relationship & enhance image

• Experienced (General)

• Strong education background (preferably from a reputable University) with at least a Bachelor&039;s Degree in related fields

• Age: 30- 35 years old

• Reference University Expectation:

+ Ha Noi & Ho Chi Minh University of Science & Technology: Average Good Grade & above. (Dai hoc Bach Khoa Ha Noi & Ho Chi Minh)

+ Military Technical Academy: Average Good Grade & above (Hoc vien Ky Thuat Quan Su)

+ Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education: Good Grade & above (Dai hoc Su Pham Ky Thuat Thanh Pho Ho Chi Minh)

+ University of Transport & Communication: Average Good Grade & above (Dai hoc Giao Thong Van Tai)

+ Ha Noi & Ho Chi Minh University of Industry: Good Grade & above (Dai Hoc Cong Nghiep Ha Noi & Ho Chi Minh)
