- Client / Affiliates liaison for all correspondence including service inquiries, receipt of client inquiries and response with quotations and delivery of presentation to clients.
- Develop new clients database and follow new business leads. Create new opportunity via direct outreach to clients.
- Take full ownership of a client from lead generation, offering solutions to closing deals through various sales activities including sale visits, appointments, telephone sales and cold calling.
- Be accountable for good relationships with clients through calling, email, visits and problem solving in a timely and professional manner.
- Study other competitors' rate & performance and suggest the strategies to Sales Manager.
- Execute agreed action plan to acquire new clients or new services for existing clients as assigned by Sales Manager.
- Submitting the weekly and monthly report to Sales Manager.
- Tasks requested by Sales Manager & SBU Manager.
