- Understanding the key drivers that impact volume, quality and price trends of agricultural produce in the sourcing areas

- Negotiate terms with suppliers, including but not limited to pricing, quality, delivery time and payment term

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

- Ensure selected suppliers understand and comply with company regulation and policy on Produce Specification, Receiving Process, and Delivery time; and Payment Process.

- Execute the purchase order on daily basis

- Enter Purchase Orders details into Navision; and inform Delivery Plan to Sourcing Coordinator

- Maintain the records of purchases, including volume delivered, agreed prices, agreed payment terms, and agreed charges from the company for payments.

- Evaluate suppliers periodically, and work with sourcing manager to develop good performing suppliers with farming capacity into contracted farmers

- Coordinating with Sourcing manager and Supply Chain Coordinator in planning the volume required from the suppliers to ensure the stability of supply

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Food, Food processing, Biotechnology or related fields

- Over 2 years in Purchase activities. Experience in fresh produce industry is preferred.

- Strong commercial sense and integrity.

- Good negotiation and communication skill.

- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on result.

- Having a “hand-on” approach and a positive “can-do” attitude
