Working location: Ho Chi Minh & Project sites

- Provide technical leadership and project oversight regarding the design of Entobel production lines.

- Design and evaluate technical option for achieving business objectives

- Collaborating with multi stakeholders, contractor to develop, review and maintain the project documents, standards:

+ P&ID, Process Description, Functional Description Specification (FDS), element list, instrument list, wiring diagram.

+ Ensure that our standards/ requirements are correctly applied: Monitor and document the smooth running of Factory Acceptance Tests and Commissioning phases (Automatic/ Regulated systems, Electrical cabinets)

- Prepare a basic design, detail design, tendering for new equipment and processing.

- Design, execute and commission electrical and automation equipment.

- Providing solutions utilizing factory automation components including PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drive, safety equipment and Manufacturing reporting software, etc.

- Coordination with suppliers to have good quality of software programming, equipment manufacturing and installation.

- Follow the work of various Automation and Electrical contractors from the project launch to the commissioning.

- Lead new equipment start-ups in the production plants and train the production teams.

- Safety and Health: Implement site HSE protocols to ensure installation work is done safely, observing all company/governmental regulations. Conducts safety audits.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Very good communication skills in both oral and written English is mandatory.

- Min 8 years experience in manufacturing electrical and automation field (experiences in projects).

- Strong knowledge about industrial factory power distribution system

- Expertise in process control automation.

- Skills (autoCAD) for P&ID and diagrams production

- Expertise in programming of PLC, HMI, SCADA (preferred SIMENS automation system).

- Expertise in Instruments specification and calibration.

- Knowledge about Electrical power distribution.

- Knowledge of Project Engineering: Project planning; Project Design, Construction and investment cycle.
