HS Creation Center (Hwaseung Vina) is looking for Chemical Engineer Leader to join our team in Nhon Trach 1 IP, Dong Nai Province.

The Role:

As a key member of the Chemical Engineering team, you will be the driving force behind such as adhesives, primers, and bonding techniques. You'll work at the intersection of chemistry and creativity, providing expert technical support to HS Creation Center. Your mission is to push the boundaries of footwear technology, ensuring every product not only meets but exceeds our customer performance and quality standards.

• BPFC creation: to work enclose & make accurate judgments about the material elements on the product giving the shortest and most suitable bonding process possible while still ensuring the requirements.
• Innovate & Commercialize: Lead the discovery and commercialization of new chemical vendors, adhesives, and processes. Collaborate with our HS Group to integrate these innovations into our products, from concept to mass production.
• Drive Sustainability: Champion our sustainability initiatives by developing and implementing eco-friendly solutions, such as VOC-reducing adhesives, bio-based compounds, and circular recycling processes.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Use your expertise to identify root causes of quality issues related to bonding and chemical applications, and implement robust solutions.
• Build Expertise: Mentor and guide our HS Creation Center and HS Production Locations, sharing your knowledge to elevate technical capabilities and ensure best practices are followed.
• Strategize: Work closed with Developer and Innovation teams to align on strategic priorities, advance chemical developments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.     Experience:

•       A Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

•       10+ years of proven experience in chemical engineering or polymer development, specifically within the footwear industry. At least +5 years of experience in a leadership role. Possesses in-depth knowledge and vision across various categories in the athletic footwear industry such as processes, material, bottom technology, upper treatment, etc.

•       Deep expertise in footwear compound formulation (OS Rubber, EVA, SCF midsole, etc.), manufacturing processes (Nosew, HF, STF, ASS, etc.) and ZDHC standards.

•       An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced.
