Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who supports the delivery of an integrated marketing approach including products and services deployment plan with assigned customers, leading planning, and execution through account teams and other functions. Contributes to defining business opportunities for market / customer. Conducts analysis and consolidates reports. Supports deployment marketing services programs with customers and Bloom. Innovation Center. Develop marketing content / plan through digital platform to generate leads and nurture leads to opportunities conversion.
What You Will Do
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
Min 2 years of Marketing Experience in a B2B or FMCG company with people management experience and multi-cultural exposure. Preferably as a marketing manager / leader for relevant market for a global organization.
Experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage
Job requires travelling to meet assigned customers and working in Bloom. Center, Binh Duong when necessary.

What You Will Do
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Contributes to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories.
- Supports and leads some customer marketing initiatives aligned with the market growth strategy in close collaboration with account teams. Active customer interaction.
- Deliver marketing services for assigned customers drawing materials and methodologies. Has moderate to beginner skills in marketing services key modules.
- Provide input to new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories.
- Provide input to future intelligence requirements for market and liaise with business intelligence and analyst team participating in research projects as needed. Can use research data with customers.
- Manage Promotional Investment and programs for assigned customers – if applicable
- Lead Digital and Account Based Marketing to promote Tetra Pak Products and solutions to our customers and generate business leads
- Drive adoption of digital tools (marketing automation) and measure results by tracking lead generation and qualification
- Support Assigned Customers with the right content, activities & digital tools to create awareness and generate leads.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction for marketing services activities in Bloom. Center, located in Binh Duong
