• Activation/ Redemption and MT promotion gift & MT sampling
  • Support Supervisor/Assistant Manager to plan activities and KPI setting
  • Follow with Legal for agency contract review, Procurement for gift delivery & Business Finance for payment
  • Closely work with MKT/Trade MKT to deliver on-time code setup/artwork/POSM for redemption
  • Closely coordinate with sales team/agency for performance tracking, gift allocation and PG management across channels
  • Report and evaluation

• MT basket bill free product promotion and MT liquidation
  • Closely track basket performance and free product allocation by store by channel to ensure the promotion effectiveness
  • Support Supervisor/ Assistant Manager for liquidation plan and coordinate with sales team to ensure implementation at store

• System setup for new/ relaunched bundle promotion
  • Create new/relaunched bundle promotion in the system
  • Follow with network team/ DP team to ensure on-time delivery

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University graduate in business administrative, foreign trade, economics.
• At least 1 years working experience in MT Trade Marketing for FMCG industry 
• Critical thinking, good analytical and influencing skill. Good sense of numbers. 
• Good in Excel calculation (pivoting, weekly/monthly template tracking)
• Proactive, and willing to work under pressure. 
• Handle issue, flexible in problem solving with stakeholder especially in ad-hoc case month end.
