Job Description

AIM OF THE JOB:

Responsible for leasing and lease management for Estella Place, Riviera Point as a majority and other assigned retail projects in HCMC.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

Implement leasing progress for Estella Place, Riviera Point and other assigned retail projects in HCMC.
Proactively sourcing for prospects, exploring new tenant's interests to increase database and select suitable ones to ensure best tenancy mix and profitable for the shopping mall.
Build strong and supportive relationships with tenants and be responsible for managing a portfolio and account of tenants during their tenancy.
Monitor, measure and ensure tenants’ compliance within standards and obligations of their signed Tenancy agreement.
Analyze performance of current malls, survey competitors, update retail market trend to propose improvement plan for current malls and new ideas for future mall development.
Support timely for required tasks of related section (planning, reports, admin) and execute properly general work of leasing team to ensure the smooth operation of whole department.
Perform other tasks as assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements

University graduation, any fields.
Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
Have at least 2 years of working experience in relevant fields. Retail Leasing (Shopping Mall), Real Estate, Sales or Business Development experience is preferred.
Have good negotiation and persuading skill and experience.
Hospitality and customer service attitude. Be honest and careful.
Be hardworking and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
