Kids&Us was founded in Manresa, Barcelona, in 2003. The success of the method and the business model brought a rapid expansion, both in Spain and internationally, which has led to the company opening schools on four continents and being able to maintain exponential growth over the last few years. Kids&Us is a successful business model, with a proven track record that goes back to 2003 and which, at the time of writing, has approximately 200,000+ students in 600+ schools throughout 10 countries. Kids&Us aims to set a benchmark and be the world's leading brand in English learning for children from the age of 1 year old in accompany with its exclusive teaching methodology providing exciting education journeys which follows a logical, natural, and spontaneous order.

Responsibilities:

1. School Operations Management:

• Manage the onboarding of new students in compliance with the school procedures.
• Schedule the school classes and student community activities following the Kid&Us headquarter guidelines.
• Manage the teachers schedules to cover all classes, community activities, internal events and demo classes.
• Manage and control the inventory and facilities of the school including materials and stationaries.

2. Academic management:

• Participate in the teacher selection process.
• Manage and execute the Kids&Us academic procedures.
• Implement all corrective measures requested from Kids&Us Vietnam Academic Management in compliance to Kids&Us standards.
• Make requests for teachers’ reinforcement trainings to the Academic Management.

3. Customer experiences management and commercial support:

• Develop a close relationship and high level of trust with customers by following the parent-teacher communication protocol of the school.
• Be accountable for all interactions with parents at the school to ensure parents and students satisfaction, resolve issues that emerge.
• Work in close collaboration with the commercial function and provide full support to drive customer retention and student referrals.
• Ensure compliance to Kids&Us English-only environment is respected by all staff while communicating with the students of the school.

4. People engagement and development:

• Manage and evaluate the performance of the services team of the school.
• Ensure compliance to the organization’s training programs and policies.
• Drive the engagement level in the team and stimulate high morale in the school.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the educational field, including 1 year at a management level.
• Strong customer experience and service mindset.
• Very result-oriented.
• Effective communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills.
• Solution-driven mindset and ability to effectively mitigate issues smoothly.
• Leadership and people development skills.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in English usage.
