Legal:
Assist in managing the company's contracts, ensuring they meet legal requirements and protect the company's interests.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and minimize risk.
Oversee contract execution, ensuring adherence to all terms and addressing any legal issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.
Support the management of international deal contracts, ensuring compliance with global legal standards.
Handle licensing procedures including but not limited to Business Registration, Investment Licenses, Rep. Office Licenses, Branch Licenses, and Share Certificates are renewed, upgraded on time, valid at all time and in line with constantly changing laws and business models, of all entities
Compliance:
Collaborate closely with the senior lawyer - compliance expert to ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor the company's compliance with legal standards, regulations, and internal policies, ensuring that all business activities align with these requirements.
Ensure that all departments are informed about compliance requirements and that policies are consistently implemented across the organization.
Others: Undertake any other legal/compliance-related tasks as assigned by the Manager to support the organization's overall success.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Fluent in English
Proven experience in Legal and compliance roles.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Salary & Allowance
Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND Gross
Probationary work with 100% salary.
Lunch allowance (40.000 VND/day) and technological devices provided such as laptops and external screens. Free parking fee.
