The opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Coordinator will be marketing budget coordinator, risk champion, meeting support, and administrative work
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for risk management within the marketing department, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide administrative and logistical support for leaders’ marketing meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting meeting outcomes
- Conduct online research to gather market intelligence, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to support marketing strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, organize, and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community involvement events
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, and sales collateral
- Manage and maintain marketing databases and contact lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
- At least 5 years experiences at the same position
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, administrative support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Knowledge of marketing principles, market research techniques, and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to a team-oriented environment
