You’ll be the Product Expert of Bioderma Brand at MinthaCare company and will acquire knowledge on products, patents and clinical research results, through trainings and documentation available from brands. Stays abreast of trends in the market place to ensure the product's competitive position.

Scope of Responsibilities

1. Medical Product Communication

• As a Product Specialist, you’ll be in charge of research information and gather insights from market and KOLs with the support of Medical sales team and Product Manager for new products, and prepare reports
• Responsible for translating, reviewing medical and marketing materials, and making sure supports are relevant with product claims indicated in Product Authorizations.
• Build and production of product content and materials: Ensuring timely implementation of issues related to new products.
• Coordinate with business staff to survey and evaluate the level of information reception, customer satisfaction, and trustworthiness with regard to products, brands, and salespeople.
• Responsible for all contents and supporting documents relating to products on notification registration, advertising registration, and other dossier (if any).

2. Medical Operation - Events

• Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for the successful organization of group presentations (dinners, lunches, CME meetings etc.)

• Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for conferences and other format events planned according to the strategy of the company.

• Liaise with Hospitals and other partners to organize such events.

• Prepare content presentations according to company strategy for medical events.

• Report post-event evaluation

3. Relationship with KOLs

• Support the Product Manager in establishing relationships with KOLs in order to get their support and their endorsement.

• Verify with the KOL beauty influencer’s speech when it comes to product specificities.

4. Internal Trainings

• Organize and prepare all training for medical teams (medical representatives) on products, pathologies, symptoms etc; and marketing team if any.

• Support medical representatives and provide answers to questions on products, indications etc. concerning MinthaCare products with the help of the Product Manager, the trainers from brands.

5. Other missions

As we are a small structure and starting up, you’ll be asked to be flexible and multitask. Other missions may include:

• Event organization related tasks (gifts and samples preparation, phone calls, invitation sending and attendance, guest receptions etc.)

• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy Bachelor degree is a plus.

• At least 02 years relevant working experience in the Pharmaceutical/ beauty/cosmetics industry.

• Must be able to write and communicate in English.

• Self-motivated individual and result-oriented.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience developing and managing relationships with KOL's.

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

• A supportive and effective team member.
